Ordering Instructions

BEFORE you read anything else, please read this:  If you place an order through this website, you must provide the following information with your order:

Child's Full Name	This is the Name you wish printed on your child's photo
Coaches Name	Full name please, not "Coach Dave"
Team Name	You must also note division, such as "Minors", "TBall", etc.
Height	This info is for trading cards orders only
Weight	This info is for trading cards orders only
Age	This info is for trading cards orders only
Jersey #	This info is for trading cards orders only
Position	This info is for trading cards orders only

This information may be typed into the Customer/Special Instructions box; it is on the last page of checkout. If you do not place this information with your order, we cannot fulfill it. If you make a mistake, please reply to your order confirmation email with the proper information.

The FAQ document also addresses shipping costs. Note that all orders will be direct shipped back to the customer - no orders will be delivered to the Rec Department, and no orders may be "picked up" at our office.

This year, we photographed players against a backlit white background, which blends nicely with new Baseball border graphics.

Also, for those of you who are familiar with FatHead  ( www.fathead.com ) - which are life-sized wall coverings of your favorite pro athlete; it is possible now to get a FatHead of your own child. There are online companies which will print direct from a digital file, to a wall-sized print as big as you want. Just Google "fathead of me", and check out the results. Beginning this year, we are offering a digital high-resolution file for sale, which makes it easy to get your own FatHead. (not an advertisement, just an idea!)

PLEASE NOTE: Border graphics (including team name) will be added to each individual player photo unless specifically requested otherwise - If you do not want the graphics on your child's photo you must make this notation in the Customer/Special Instructions box; it is on the last page of checkout.

Samples of our 2008 graphics are as follows:

	Individual Player Photo Available in Wallet, 5x7, and 8x10 formats. Note that the overlaying graphic shown to the left will appear on ALL individual photos unless you specify otherwise in the Customer Instructions Box (note text above). Graphic includes team name.
	5x7 Calendar 2008 only; also available in 8x10 format.
	8x10 Magazine Cover Includes player name. Available in 8x10 format only.
	Keepsake Trading Cards (front & back shown) Includes all player information and photo on the back (see ordering instructions above). Trading cards are are sold in sets of 4, and are enclosed in hard plastic protective sleeves. These cards are mounted and protected to last a lifetime.
	Monster Ticket These tickets are 4x10 in size; and are sold in pairs.
	5x7 Team Photo We'll do our best to pick the shot with the least eyes closed, and goofy faces. Team name text will be color coordinated with uniforms when possible.
	Memory Mate 8x10 only. Includes player and team photo all on a single sheet. Note for Girl's Softball the word "baseball" will be removed.
	Photo CD Single, color corrected high resolution file delivered to you on CD (not via email). Image is suitable for printing on your own computer, or can be used for larger wall graphics (see FatHead note above). Graphics are NOT included on the image selected. These images are for personal use only, copyrights are NOT granted. Images may be printed direct from the CD at local labs (Wal-Mart, Sam's, etc.) Image is not for commercial use.
